WHAT ARE YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE? 

I specialize in body transformation. If you're looking to build muscle, burn fat, and achieve your best physique, I'm here to help. I work with men who are usually between the age of 20-50. I create personalized training/nutrition plans that focus on weightlifting and, when necessary, targeted cardio. By building and utilizing muscle, we'll work together to achieve your body composition goals.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

With over a decade of experience in fitness, training, and nutrition, I have navigated the challenges of debunking quick-fix weight loss and muscle-building myths. Setting realistic expectations is crucial, but it’s entirely possible to achieve an impressive physique without the use of steroids. I hold certifications from NASM and have a proven track record of helping individuals improve their fitness before and after officially becoming a trainer. My passion for helping others reach their fitness goals has driven me to where I am today.

I hold personal training and nutrition certifications, along with specialized credentials from NASM.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A MEAL PLAN?

Diet/nutritional guidance is included in every package at no additional cost. While I cannot provide a detailed meal plan due to scope of practice limitations, I can offer personalized suggestions based on your dietary needs and preferences.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I recommend starting with adjustable dumbbells and a bench that can incline, or alternatively, a squat rack with a barbell, a range of weighted plates, and a bench you're able to incline. While additional equipment can enhance your workouts, these essentials are sufficient for achieving MANY fitness goals.

WHO DO YOU TYPICALLY WORK WITH?

I primarily work with men, but have also successfully trained female clients. The key is finding a coach you feel comfortable with and who suits your needs. A positive coaching relationship can significantly impact your fitness journey. Even with a knowledgeable coach, a lack of rapport can hinder your progress.

WHAT'S YOUR PROCESS FOR ASSESSING CLIENTS?
I ask clients to submit videos of their main lifts, making sure they capture a clear, visible angle for accurate form assessment. Additionally, I request weekly progress photos, weigh-ins and depending on the client, body measurements. Lastly, clients track their calories using MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, which I review regularly to ensure ongoing improvement.
